Frank,

I got together with the ECSC PHRF Chairman last night to confirm the numbers
before I got back to you.

We have two Catalina 250's racing. Neither regularly.

1) Catalina 250 CB (water ballast)
Base PHRF # is 231
Non-Spinnaker (+12 sec)
Geniker (-6 sec)
Assigned 237 PHRF

2) Catalina 250 Wing Keel
Base PHRF # is 225
Non-Spinnaker (+12 sec)
Assigned 237 PHRF

At ECSC the base number assumes 150/155 Genoa and Spinnaker. We give 12 sec
if no spinnaker and 6 sec if no genoa.
