1982 Catalina 25 swing keel with the standard rig on a trailer ready to sail. Not much use the prior five years. Much nearly new including upgraded standing rigging, main sail. Has a bimini as well as the tent. Comes with spinnaker, pole, lines led aft and extra winches on the cabin top. Has club jib, 110, 150 and a funky drifter. The longshaft Honda 10hp works perfectly and the top end was rebuilt a few years ago due to an unfortunate incident with a wasp building a mud nest under the timing belt. My repeated attempts to start the usually reliable motor jumped time and bent the valves. Almost always a freshwater boat it spent most of its life on the trailer. Everything is clean, in good shape and ready to use though the canvas covers for the sail, cabin top and bimini could use replacing as they are showing their age. Boat, motor and trailer were purchased new from the SF boat show in 1982 and I bought it from the original owner about 1990. Great boat but I have several others and this one needs a new owner who can enjoy it as we did. Not stripped out, it comes with all the ground tackle (two anchors and chain plus lunch hook), boom vang, BBQ and little extras like screens for the hatches. I'd take it to the Sea of Cortez tomorrow. $8500 Pictures on request. aweliversudden@yahoo.com
