1977 Catalina 25 (hull #247), swing keel, standard rig, pop-top with canvas. North main, genoa & jib, reconditioned 2005 at factory. Also DRS (spinnaker) with sock,& storm jib. Marine radio, depth sounder, knot meter, stereo/tape/cd player. 9.9 4-stroke Honda outboard w/electric start, runs perfectly (late 80's model.) Dinette interior in blue/brown plaid very good condition. Propane stove, porta-potti, new battery. Sun shade, boom tent for rain, and new mooring cover. EZ Load trailer. Kept in slip at Folsom Lake, near Sacramento, CA.& on trailer during winter. Bottom is in good shape, no blisters. Boat has been well-loved and dilligently cared for. Selling due to divorce. $5,900

I may be interested in the boat. I have a slip at folsom as well. What slip is the boat located in so I might take a look? I have a Cat22 and am looking to upgrade. Rich...........brn2fghtfire@msn.com
