Cool, although my computer is so slow that I was not able to watch nearly all of it. I have been to lots of these spots. My main suggestion is to pay little or no attention to the "time" suggested on the website: (how long it would take at 7 knots)? Trust me....in lots of those passages, the current can run several knots plus. I have been places motoring at 6 1/2 knots wide open and sitting still. If you go WITH the tide, the trip can be FAST. I have seen 11/12+ knots over the bottom on occasion.
Get a current table. Without one, plan on Northly flow on a Flood and Southerly on the ebb. The bigger the tide range, the more the current! It really pays off to plan your schedule with the tide book (and current table/chart) if you can get one.
