This is exactly the reason the company I work for quit buying Honda products. Honda is only interested in building cars. There customer service is terrible. Our Honda Rep told our corporate office that they know there customer service is not good. There attitude was they know it's not good and they're not really interested in making it better.

We now buy similar products from other vendors that have Honda motors. We get good service on the Honda motors when needed and always a smile and a thank you from the other vendors service department.
