Please post some photos or a link to some. The boat sounds identical to mine. I picked mine up for $7,500 last year with a trailer. Your price looks good but transporting it could be the big issue. Where are you located?

Our Catalina 22 was also that lovely buff color. We are at looking at moving up to a 23-25 ft trailerable sailboat and will be driving from Elizabeth City, NC to Washington DC seeing another boat this weekend. I'd also love to see photos.
