That's the exact dink I had but that Is a200, mine was a 240. I sold it last year for $325 without a motor. I think that's a fair price with the motor but you can always try a lower offer. Nothing to lose. They are nice having oversized tubes for a small dink.

Depending on the age, and where it has been stored, it might be a pretty good deal.
I have a similar set-up. West Marine RU-260 inflatable and a Honda 2hp outboard. The dink was 600.00, on sale, and I paid around 800.00 for the motor.
You should be aware that PVC dinghies will degrade fast if left in the sun. When I had my C25, the dink spent most of its life rolled up in the garage. On my current boat it hangs from davits and is exposed to UV. It has held up fairly well but I don't think I'll get much more than a couple more years out of it.
So if it has been stored and lightly used it could be a good deal.
