I know this was from the fall, but was just browsing through older topics as Bruce (I believe) mentioned that Photobucket was re-hosting their photos! This is great because you can just imagine all of the forums that just got shredded from their power-play.
Anyway, I saw this thread and that I never gave a follow up so wanted to close it out.
Everything has fit and worked out great. The cobbled together $200 craigslist furler is working good so far without issue and despite having the sail made to theoretical dimensions of a furler that was never fitted to the boat, everything fit together.
As a refresh, the Furler is a CDI-FF6 w/ball bearing upgrade and the sail is a 135 from Bacon Sails.
I am actually really impressed with the quality of the sail especially having paid something like $600 for it. All of the leech and foot-lines are hidden in tidy pockets and everything is stitched and fabricated really well. The sail has everything I could want as well with the foam luff, draft stripes, tell tales and leech and foot lines. It now matches our main as well!
Enjoy! (pictures were from a light wind day so the sail still shows its wrinkles from being packed)
