Hard to beat that view, congrats.
But curious minds want to know: what kind of a mast raising system do you have on board
and what kind of a sub mock-up is in the background 'vR 0954'

ahh... regret to tell you that we lost the mast during the last battle

Not that it matters a great deal, the mast was mainly used to hang up the wash. Instead, we now have a wash line connected between the guns. Works just as well, in fact even better since the boys use it to play volleyball.

Just gave the order to fire the cook who the burned the pancakes again this morning. The view in the control room is pretty good and does not change much ever-since the commander was jailed in San Diego, Cal. if you happen to know where that is...

Our squadron was aboard the Midway in the China Sea in the 60"s. I never sat in that seat, but it still brings back memories. I transferred between a munitions supply ship and the Midway by highline once. That was interesting. Did it in a COD once too.

Here's another "interesting" way to transfer...

Yup--looks like a Chinook like this one. (Hope this guy had a backup camera!)
