District 1 of the United States Power Squadron is holding its Summer Rendezvous and Conference at Saybrook (CT) Marina on the Connecticut River on Sat, June 23 My plan is to sail out on Friday to Westbrook, then head up-river on Saturday morning, and participate in the Conference. Sunday I will try to get back to Milford.
