Cyana - Cleats for Jib Sheets

This tip submitted by Gary Rex

Allows easy jib sheet cleating in light and moderate winds, and frees up the starboard winch for the main halyard. Positioned at the end of the fairlead track so it won't interfere with the convenient footstep beside the winch. Installed on "risers" to facilitate easy insertion of the sheet. Makes single handing easy.

On the port side, I added a double rope clutch for two reef lines and moved the single clutch to the furling line. On the starboard side, rope clutches are for the main halyard and the vang.
