Running Lines to the Cockpit

After all the helpful advice from the forum, I finally finished running my lines to the cockpit which is not a standard item on the C250wb. I only wanted to run my main halyard and 1st reefing line to the cockpit, and I wanted to do it without altering the mast. I needed a way to run the lines from the mast to a deck organizer, then back to the cockpit. I used a Harken #220, double upright lead block:

Then ran my lines to a Harken 1500 Deck Organizer:

And finally to Spinlock PX 0812 Double rope clutches:

I attached everything with #10 stainless fasteners, fender washers, and acorn nuts, sealed with 3M #101 sealer.

This setup is perfect for my needs. It allows me to use my starboard winch easily to get the luff of the main tight, and make my "jiffy" reefing a lot more handy.
