Does anyone know of a source for the cup washers for a "Whale (brand) Flipper Pump Mk4"? I found Whale Products on their webpage, but they only offer rebuild kits, and they do not list prices or a method of ordering. They have not responded to several e-mails. Catalina Direct does not seem to carry Whale brand, and West Marine does not carry the Mk4. The pumps work perfectly well except for a leak around the pump handle. A simple cup washer would fix the problem, but I have not found the correct size at hardware or RV stores. I have two of these pumps on my '87 C-25.

I found the kit for mine at West Marine. It was under $20.

Thanks Tom. I will revisit the West Marine site. All I found before was the "Gusher" pump, and nothing for the "Flipper".
