This subject actually came up on the c250 forumn...but the answer seems generic to all.

The lament was made that Catalalina Yachts doesn't respond well to email.

Two years ago, Frank gave a talk at the Lake Texoma Rendevouz. One of his comments was, "I hate email!"

He added that he likes the fax machine.

He was saying to us in couched humor... if you want faster service... use the fax machine.

They probably wont let their employees have internet access or they would be on the forum all day.
