That number is consistent with your age, that would be hull number 4245 out of the factory. Wear it with pride. (It should match the hull number on the silver plate beneath your tiller on the inside of the transom.)
My sail numbers are 97992 and that is the number my boat (hull # 398) is registered with US Sailing. When you see those longer numbers, that's what it means.
