The aft pads would be fairly flat, maybe 10 to 15 degrees from horizontal. The forward ones are more angled, about 20to 30 degrees from horizontal. A small amount of difference in position for and aft or width would make a big difference though. Dave

The pads on my cradle swivel allowing them to match the angle of hull.

mine do as well.. however, i only have about 20 degrees of play in my pads (if that) and was concerned that my front pads may not swivel enough... i'll keep the aft pads the same.. and make the fore pads ready for a 25 degree incline...

I had made this assumption. Actually, I assumed the swing was a few inches shorter (which would be worse case in my case). But my assumption was that they are the same.

The swing will be lowered to a block on the ground. So, as long as the cradle is not too short, you are good to go.
