I walked three of the many docks in Aqualand Marina on lake Lainer today before heading out for a sail. I counted seven 250's and eleven 25's just on the 3 docks next to me. Out of the eighteen 25's I saw, only one was for sell. (and there was a prospective couple checking it out)

What's the deal with Aqualand's sale? Will they go dockominium, or just raise the rates?

Don't know, I got a letter from the new owners, with a "stay tuned" type of message. They did say they plan to make some "Improvements" (I hope not the 10 story kind). No mention of rate hikes(yet).
