I always wanted a web site for my boat. Today was a not a good day for sailing, so I decided to give the web site building a try. I've never attempted anything like this until today. So after a few hours of work here it is. I hope it works.
Nice job Tom! Good use of Shutterfly for pictures, instead of using up all of the storage alloted by your ISP like I have. I'm about out of space on my web pages. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/frayed-knot/
I found a couple of glitches ... you might have fixed them by now, but in case you're not aware of them, here they are: (1) the "sailing pictures" button takes you to Shutterfly instead of a photo page, and (2) the title on your crew page says only "The" (instead of "The Crew"). I don't mean to be critical ... I just know from experience that after hours of tweaking a web page, things start to make your eyes cross.
I need to figure out a way to get some web space like you've done ... I have AOL, and their space is really limited.
Nice job!
Edit: Dave ... I just looked at your website, too ... WOW! It's really nice ... y'all are making me jealous.
Thanks Buzz, I'm just glad its working. I'll try to figure out why the "The Crew" is not working, (its working on my side). I meant for the sailing pictures to go to shutterfly. Using there space instead of mine. I may change that.

Hi Tom,
My mistake ... I thought I would have to log-in with a user name and password to see the photos on Shutterfly ... I used the link again, and now I realize that isn't required.
Very cool page! A couple of questions, from looking at your pictures...
1.) Is that spare tire/trailer mount a stock item you bought from someplace, or did you fab it? 2.) Is that a stock rail mount for the TP10, or did you build that? 3.) How did you route the hose for the output of the bilge pump?
Thanks Tom. Enjoyed looking at your boat. Good job. Two ideas I expecially like: handing the fennders in the head and mounting the boat hook down below.

Hey Kevin,
1. The spare tire/launch wheel is a home made item. 2. The TP-10 mount was made using a VHF antenna rail mount I picked up in a yard sale.
3. I ran the bilge pump hose along the stock hose that came in the from the factory, here's a couple pics. Had to drill a couple holes in the wet locker.
Thanks for taking the time to share your boat and adventures. I liked the furler support idea so well I copied it when it was posted earlier in the year. Looking at your photos gave me a couple of other ideas to imitate. Thanks! I got a good start on my own web pages but then the project has been untouched for a while. At the top of the list is documenting Arlyn's open cable steering installed in my boat.
Hey this web page building can be addictive, and time consuming! I did away with the shuttery fly idea, I have plenty of room right now. I hope to put some substance on the page some day, then I might need the extra room. Until then, its not much more than a picture album.
