This past weekend I finally got around to applying some lemon oil to my interior teak. Since the teak was really dry I put on a heavy coat of oil. Looks good to me. Thought some may be interested in the storage bins and table added by PO. He did a great job. The storage units provide ample space for bulky items that are too small to store below. The table is hinged to the storage cabinets and the leg is hinged to the underside of the table. The table is folded up and held in place with a small brass hook on the side of the cabinet. The table leg is attached to the cabinets by a snap on the inner part of the table leg. I wish I could take credit for these but I enjoy them just the same!

PS: Please ignore the junk, I'm still in process (does it ever end)? Here are the pictures:
Terrific post Bill, There is so much going on! Instruments to port and starboard, what are they? Anchor on the bow, how is it attached? Netting on the lifelines, what is it made of? Scary snake thing with a yellow head? Chart rack to starboard; cool.
Frank, The instruments include temp. and humidity on port side and smaller, but same I think, on starboard (the temp on starboard read 130 degrees last Sat. when the high was about 50)! Not sure how the anchor is attached but it lifts off easily. I'll check and let you know. I think the netting is nylon. That scary yellow snake thing I'm sure is my dehumidifier (commony known around here as a drop cord with a 40 watt bulb)!
Dennis, I couldn't find the Old English Lemon Oil that Frank recommends (check out his web site for some beautiful teak) so I used Pledge Refurburishing Lemon Oil instead. It seemed to do a good job, went on easily. I just rubbed it on with a shop rag (see stove). Just one thick, heavy coat. The bottle was full when I started and doing interior almost used it all. I'm anxious to see how long it lasts. I don't get a cut from the manufacturer but here's the product!
