Greetings! Easy question - I'm fixing some of the wiring in my C25, and at the moment the "Bow light" switch isn't used for anything. In looking at a 1988 C25 manual, it indicates the red/green bow light and stern light were wired to "bow light" - those lights are currently wired to my "Running light" switch.

My deck switch currently controls both my deck light and my steaming light (3 cable mast wiring - I did replace my connections with a 4-pin, but saving internal mast rewiring for another day).

I've looked in the archive, and it appears these have been wired a couple different ways. What is the typical operation of the "bow" switch?

Thanks!

My Bow light controls the "steaming" light. That light needs to be controllable as you need to have it on under power at night.
I am pretty sure that is the way it is supposed to be wired.

Tom.
