Unlike many of you, we here in the north are bit challenged this time of year to extend our experiences. However, I've been toying with the idea of participating in the beer can races this coming summer both as crew and possibly with my own boat. Is there any sort of software analogous to a "Simulator" for sailboat racing to aid learning or improve sail trim?
Virtual Skipper is the way. The most recent version is VS4. Lots of people on line to race. If you want organized regattas, check out sailinganarchy.com/forums/index.php?showforum=1 and look for threads with VS of VSK in the title (or search).
