Interested parties:

Area C25 and C250 (and Capri 25?) owners and friends are invited to learn more about our fleet at social/business? meeting at my home in Battle Ground, Wa on Sunday, 1/29 at 1 PM. Come and meet the fleet: find out about racing opportunities, cruising plans, and share projects, ask for help, offer help. No dues...no pressure.

A little grub/ a little grog. Shoot me an email to let me know if we can expect you and a significant other. I will send directions.....

I wish Fleet 95 could come and hang out. When will they invent those transporters?

Hey Gary, Lets hope you guys put sending a team to Cleveland this year to race in the nationals, If you need help finding a boat this year let me know. All you need to come will be a set of decent sails! If it wasn't such a far drive I would love to come. I had a great time when I raced you guys in 2004.

Bill, I doubt I could get a crew this year. As poorly as we did last year at Cheney (even with Frank's boat), it is a bit tricky sailing a different boat in a different venue. I know that, as skipper, I was kind of frustrated with no compass, nor a KM. There are no TREES on Cheney for me to have a bearing! I couldn't find shifts to save my heinie.....

IF I thought there would be a boat available, I would ask the guys in my fleet, but we barely kept from killing each other in 2005!

I am expecting a great turnout for this gathering, though. I think we have commitments from at least 12 boats and a few more "maybes"

IF I could guarantee WIND, I would try to host another Nationals out here sometime before I die. It DOES blow out here (got the pics to prove it) but it's sure not as consistent as Lake Cheney!

Bye for now....

I may report back how many show up.....good fleet out here....
