Seriously, I've spent probably 3 hours hunting for these things
online...

I need to replace the sheave that is on the wire that connects to the
outhaul tab in the boom.

I can't find this size anywhere. It measures 1 9/16 diameter, 11/32
width, has a bore of 1/4 . The radius for the wire is 3/16.

I've got my request into Catalina Direct. Also, don't sugest Belpat, they never return my calls.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks gang!

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out Catalina Direct had it after all.

Rick

Layline and APS might have it, both are sponsoring the nationals.

I'd follow that up with Harken

IMHO: Convert from wire to low-stretch 3/16" or 1/4" line... likely sheaves will be readily available, it is lighter weight and overall less hassle.
