Often reading in posts that one thing or another was 'Standard' on the boat (25/250/Capri) perhaps it would be useful to have a list of what is/was standard on boats of different years.

Would there be value in it?

As I recall, the list of options on a C25 was one or two pages long, in two columns. Options included tall or standard rig, inboard engine or outboard motor mount, sails, pop-top, pop-top enclosure, traditional or dinette floor plan, galley with 2 choices of stove, window curtains, porta potty or fixed head, either a vanity with sink or a hanging locker, 110 electric shore power, cushions in the quarterberth. Single-speed primary winches were standard, but two-speed or self-tailing winches were optional, as was the winch on the mast. A boom vang, cunningham, adjustable backstay, swim ladder and other hardware were optional, and I believe lifelines and perhaps pulpits were optional. You could order either a galvanized or painted trailer with either roller bunks or fixed bunks, or you could order a cradle. All the options were enough to make your head spin!

I imagine Catalina still has copies of their lists of options, and would probably provide a copy if you ask.

I still have the actual 1978 bill of sale listing all factory options. The base boat was $9900 then.
