I remember seeing a couple posts with photos and suggested parts on how to do this... but a search on 'stove' didn't yield what I was looking for.

Anyone have those old articles handy or links to same? I thought I'd copied/emailed them to myself... but I struck out there too.

Main problem I have with the stove is the pressure pump... it's given up the ghost. On examination, the old leather seal looks pretty shot. Suggestions for possible repairs/replacement parts are welcome too.

After a number of years, I have become expert at operating it... now it goes TU. Maybe have to think about that nifty Cabelas Stove/Oven some more.

Not that one, I was looking for old posts from I think two different owners who had retrofitted burners from Propane camp stoves into the nice gimballed Princess frame.

I can reckon I can probably figure it out anyway.

Yes! That's the one.

Think I have the stove working again.

The little leather packing seal on the pump had packed it in (pun). I found that with some slight modifications to get it to fit on the end of the pump shaft a standard faucet washer fit in the pump bore perfectly.

Necessity = mother of invention... but I still may do the conversion after all.. pondering.

The leather packing seals can dry out. I a little bit of oil will bring them back to life.

"The leather packing seals can dry out...."

Mine finally got a tear or worn spot in it. I guess after nearly 30 years of service it's not unexpected.
