My 10 year old son and I were waiting on the hotel shuttle to take us to the boat show at Annapolis last October. 2 very nice gentlemen were loading their van to go to the show (they were wearing vendor ID badges), and , overhearing my son and I discussing our frustration with the shuttle service, offered to give us a lift to the show. We accepted, as it was raining and we didn't want to walk.
During the drive, they were very friendly, asking us where we lived, how long we had been sailing, what kind of boat we owned, etc. (Small talk, but on a personable level, like we were welcome guests.)
When we arrived at the show, we all got out at the Marriott, and introduced ourselves. Both the gentlemen were from Catalina; I was shocked that one of the men was Frank Butler! If I had only had a camera! Both men were GENUINELY nice, and needless to say my first impression of the company was a good one. We spent some extra time at the Catalina display because of Frank Butler; I now own a new 250WB.

Gerry is another of those people that exude an unassuming friendly peronality. We met him at the Miami Boat show this year. He sounds a very hands on designer that really has the interests of the consumer in mind.
Glad you got your C250WB. Enjoy the sailing and all of the fun that goes into it.
