What about rounding these up into a mini-cookbook, including the cooking equipment required for each dish, and submitting it to Catalina Mainsheet as our 25/250 owners' contribution one issue? I wouldn't be surprised if the other Catalina owners took it as a personal challenge to submit their best boat recipes too in later issues.

What a great idea! Seems like a good off-season project (too busy sailing right now).

Well the sailing season is winding down & now might be a good time to start working an article for Mainsheet. I volunteer my services, but I need:

- point of contact for Mainsheet submissions (so I can find out format, deadlines, etc)
- recipe input or at least permission to include the recipies you posted here. I would suggest we keep it to grilled items or items that can be done on one burner or with preprepared ingredients (since those are usually the galley limitations on a C25/C250).

Cathy I am not positive but I think you should talk to John G. He is contributing editor to mainsheet. jg949@hotmail.com He should at least be able to get you any information you need. Sounds like a great Idea. I copied/printed all the various posts and we keep them in our kitchen for reference when packing for the boat.
