Fine idea--it really transforms the boat, but for a price...
(1) Catalina Direct sells complete sets for somewhere around $1500. I believe they offer two colors of velour fabric--medium blue and dark green. I think you send them your old covers... Shipping could add a couple of boat units to the cost, depending on where you are.
(2) Any auto upholstery shop can make them if you bring your olds one to them. Prices vary, but with new foam and Sunbrella upholstery fabric (not like exterior canvas--many textures, colors, and patters), should come in under $2000, and is less for a traditional interior than for a dinette. We upgraded the thickness of our berths by an inch, and the upholsterer put a fiber layer on top of the foam for a nice feel--similar to furniture upholstery. I measured and sketched all of our cushions and got quotes from the drawings.
One issue to ponder is the bottoms... We used vinyl, like the originals, but some have used nylon mesh for better breathing. I've heard of that particularly in Florida--maybe somebody will respond on that.

$1500? $2000? That's too huge for me! When my cushions on Encore! got faded and I lost part of a seam, I changed color schemes. I bought remnants of the same fabric from a local store and sewed "seat covers....and installed them right over the old fabric. I put grommets on the back side and "laced" them on so the vinyl is still down..It didn't make them new like Dave's, or thicker, but it sure improved the look of the interior, and matched my color scheme which I have changed from "brown". I now have all burgundy canvas, bootstripe, trim. Seat Covers are burgundy, blue and some Hunter green pattern. The whole project took several evenings with the sewing machine, a grommet tool and probably only $75 or so..... Gary B. on Encore! SK/SR #685 in Kalama, WA
