I’m removing all of my ports, I got one out today and it just looks all worn out. Soooo im thinking of priming them and painting it the aluminum color with Rust-oleum inside/outdoor paint.
Im just worried that the paint wont last and I don’t want to take the windows out again! What you think?

When the windows are removed, you will find wood coring between the inner hull liner and the exterior. If water leaked through, past the windows, the wood rots. I removed my windows last fall - everything has dried out enough to clean out the rotted wood and fill any voids with fiberglass. It's a big job, and I wish Catalina had done better the first time.
The frames are anodized aluminum... they can be painted, but it requires special preparation & primer if you want the paint job to last. There are lots of resources on the web for describing this process.
Having them re-anodized is a better idea if you want to pony up the boat unit.
mine looked shot when i got all the crap off them. the shop i took them to suggested powder coating. it worked. i think powder coating isnt subject to the same things that affect paint
