Would someone please tell me how to post photos to my forum replys? I thought I was pretty computer savvy, but this has me stumped. This is what I get when I hit the "Insert Image" button:

Paul,

The reason you got that is because there isn't an address to a photo inside in your post.

In the testing forum, you'll find a rather too wordy diatribe on posting photos on the forum. It may help or it may send you reeling.

Try this...

Right click on my signature photo and select "Properties". Right click the Address (URL) and select "Select All" (or simply triple click the address). Right click again and select "Copy". Finally, paste this in your post (Right click, paste or simply Control V) , highlight the address, then click on the Image Icon. This should do it for you.

It has to have img in [] brackets before the picture properties URL and /img in [] bracket after it.

Paul,

I (and others) have found that adding pictures to web pages provided by Yahoo doesn't work reliably. I had to resort to using shutterfly for posting pictures on the forum, since my ISP doesn't give me a personal web page.
