Does anybody know where the best place is to get a racing spinnaker for a 250wk? Also, is a 250 considered a "ONE DESIGN?"

Any sail maker will be able to get you a new tri-radial or cross cut symmetrical spinnaker. The 250 is definitely not a one design boat. There are multiple keel and ballast configurations. There are both standard and tall rigs. There are also boats sold with different “max” headsails.

There is a list of sail makers on the links page, all of which are reputable. The rules page should give you the maximum allowable size, as should your local PHRF or other handicapping organization’s rules.
