I'm filling out the PHRF-NE form and I'm supposed to tell them if my outboard has an installed prop that is an "In Aperture"; "Exposed Shaft"; or "Sail Drive"; or am I reading it wrong and those terms only apply to inboard motors?

Rick - choosing "outboard" means you don't have to choose one of the options on the PHRF-NE application.

Those terms just apply to inboard engines.

Ah, I suspected it refered to inboard but wasn't sure.
