Hi all,

I need to replace the final shredded lines on my boat, and can't find information on the specifications for these lines.

Can someone provide me with information on length and diameter for both the main sheet and the boom vang?

Pick your mechanical advantage, what ever you like, it is not canon. Most like a 4:1 but you can have more or less if you are real strong or need more mechanical advantage. After you have made that decision decide what brand hardware you like, (I am a Schafer, Harken, Ronstan guy). Pick the specific hardware on their website. Buy the size line the hardware is designed for. Things like this are wonderful opportunities to get to know sources like MauriProSailing, they would love to walk you through picking what is just right for you. Remember, there is almost no stock hardware on a Catalina 25 that cannot be improved upon!!!
