Next challange in installing the AC is the discharge thruhull. It's supposed to be above the water line but below the discharge pipe on the AC unit.
That will put it about on the same level as the bathroom sink discharge. The pipe is supposed to be a single incline from the hull to the discharge pipe on the AC. ie. no high point in between the two ends.
I want to position the thru-hull just aft of the hanging closet transverse bulkhead. However, that requires the thru-hull goes through both the Hull and the Liner!
Has anyone done this (run a thru-hull thru both the hull and the liner)
Not having done that, I would expect you would have to cut a larger hole in the liner, large enough so that the through hull nut fits through the liner so to get a good fit against the hull.
