I see other comments about the new rudder shown in CD's new catalog. Does it require antifouling paint if it stays in the water? I assume that it does. There seems to be a ittle difference of opinion about its ability to reduce weather helm in heavier air. Any other comments from anyone?

From previous experience, you can't paint HDPE - it would just peel off unless special tactics are used!
