It's a newer file extension. Explorer, Firefox, will show it fine. The problem in this case is that the image host address is down (DNS). http://www.ourfaqsite.com/images/ac_install_PumpBaseOnBench.png

Steve's right.
That's a site I own and was hosting on my inhouse servers until Sept 07 when I moved all my clients to new servers (www.asiwebhosting.com). But I didn't shift my own sites over obviously very busy!

Someone else pointed out to me that the pics were offline, I had hoped to get ourfaqsite back in service before now but have been concentrating on my new software project due release March 30th.
With luck I'll get to fix the faqs pics by next week after launch day.

Oh! 'png' is 'Portable Network Graphics' All browsers are supposed to support them, those browsers that do not should be tossed overboard, Davy won't complain, no polution!
