I am interested in purchasing set of rear quarter berth cushions. Fabric condition is unimportant as I will need to have them recovered to match rest of interior cushions.
Different years have different cushion patterns based on the lift out boards under them. What year boat do you have? The big secret to the cushions is the bevel at the aft starboard corner where the hull meets the berth deck. The bevel adds several inches of width to the aft end of the berth. If you are going to sleep in the berth, as I do, you probably would be well served to go to 4" foam instead of the stock foam. In other words I would put your upholsterer to work on fitting new foam, armed with the bevel knowledge. I spent a year using two twin sized memory foam matress toppers from SAMs placed inside an oversized sleeping bag. As a bed they fit and worked well as long as you put a couple throwable cushions between the "matress" and the sail locker bulkhead.
