Owner of boat states that the boat has been sitting in the water since 1997 and had plans on sailing the boat but his mind has changed. Owner stated that the boat is like new inside, but needs some work to the exterior. (cleaning)

The boat needs the following:
Sails
Boom
Tiller
Motor
Trailer

The owner also stated that the rudder needed fiberglass work done to it because of a chain located at the back part of the dock. I have not seen the damage to the rudder, so I dont know the condition. If you are looking for a Capri 25 here is your chance in getting a good deal on one with a little work. Catalina Direct sells the tiller and the boom, Its the same design as the Capri 22. I am listing this for the owner and you can contact him directly by email or by phone.
