The new Google ads bar on the left increases our search engine ranking (does it earn the Assoc $$$$?) I just saw an ad for Hunter 336 sales there... was not what I expected !

We earn $$$ when people click or subsequently buy. These are up on a trial basis. Yesterday, for just half a day we did very well monetarily.

I've been testing this for a while now and have noticed that some pages have more applicable advertisements than others. They get better over time and I am thinking of limiting some of the ads that pop up.

The ads are currently up for only a trial period.

Saw what you mean on that specific ad. There is a filter for that stuff and I think I left it off. Consider it taken care of.
