Hi Bill, I have been dealing with Kent Sail here in Harrison Township, Michigan and during the long winter months they make asymm spinnakers with the left over cloth from the prior season. They do great work and sell them for $450.00 The two guy that run the place learned to make sails from their Dad who started the business years ago. Cheers.
take a look here....I picked up a spinnaker or two from a couple of the places here - one word of caution subtract about 2 points from the rating on any sail you get.
