Hi All, I just came upon this and have no affiliation with the seller, but it looked like a hell of a deal. .....and if you buy the trailer, you get the boat free. Cheers.
Not sure too many folks on this forum are looking for a trailer for a Columbia. Pads need to be under the bulkheads or the hull is at risk of "oil canning". I've got a great cradle and was going to have it turned into a trailer, then after some measurements realized the pads were no where near the bulkheads. Not a problem for stationary storage of limited duration, but real risk of damage in a trailer.
I saw a Catalina 27 with a 3 axle trailer yesterday, boat and trailer can be bought for less than a trailer for my boat, but same problem!

Hi Rick, with a good cutoff wheel and stick welder, that can all be fixed. Even if a guy did not have the tools and skills, it would not cost that much to have a local welder to it. All the welders I know would not charge any more than 200 bucks for the job. Cheers.

I not so sure the bulkheads on a C25 contribute much to the prevention of oil canning on the hull since they only go down to the inner liner, not the hull itself.
Looks like a good sturdy trailer. The trick of course, would be to tweak it to work for a C25. If the price is right it could be a good buy for someone. The ad doesn't say anything about brakes or lights. If you could sell the boat for a few bucks you'd be able to offset the cost of getting the trailer tweaked. Anything priced well, will sell.
