Hi All, I have no affiliation with this person, just saw it and thought I'd post the link here. Cheers.

Whew! Talk about an all-inclusive list... They forgot to mention the keelbolts! It appears somebody could be getting a very good buy on an '89 SR/FK, which is a sweet boat for coastal sailing! Even the storage, assuming 200 sq. ft., is a pretty good deal in this neck of the woods.

Hi: I took a ride to see this boat Tuesday and was suprised at the number of differences between this 1989 and my current 1987. The floor was flatter and I could stand up in the galley where the pop top was tallest (I'm just under 5'10"). Different poptop, different deck, Port sette seemed a little wider (notched out for table storage), holding tank moved up front, battery compartment now under rear berth, electrical panel moved to bottom of stairs and stern rail and traveler redesigned. Boat may not have been a ten but it had been lightly used and was at least a solid eight. Kind of sorry that I didn't win the bid (missed by $40) but then again I already own a nice 1987 25 fin and I am really looking for a good 30 footer. The trip to look at the boat was an interesting one. I found a Cape Dory for sale which is a boat I have always loved the classic lines of. It turned out to be a 1986 27 footer and was serial number 1. The oddest thing about this one is it had four opening brass ports and not three like every other one that was built (Carl Alberg must have wanted more fresh air). Even though every thing was still there it had sat on the hard for ten years and was at least a two year project. If anyone is looking for a classic boat to restore get in touch with me and I'll fill you in on the details of what it needs. The search for another boat continues and in the meantime
