Way to go, Frank, and all the officers.
Posting meeting minutes is a great idea. From what I can see, that will have several positive effects.
It lets us members know what issues you guys have to deal with.
It will give members an idea of just how much work you do for the association, and give us an appreciation of your dedication.

Hopefully it will lead to some positive discussions, and not a bunch of whining. In my opinion, if someone excessively whines, they need to step up to the plate and be an officer.

Many, many thanks to you guys, from one appreciative member.
