If anyone is interested the B.E.E.R. Cruise 2007 site is up and running. The Skipper list for this open event is growing. They are up to 32 boats, two C25's and one C250 are on the list so far.
(I'm not a member of the G.R.I.T.S. team. I've just been going on these cruises, this being my 4th year. They're a load of fun, I just wanted to share the info in case others want to join in.)
It is a one design racing series. There is one here in Detroit ran from Bayview. Great racing.
From wikipedia:
National Offshore One-Design, or NOOD, is a 9 city sailboat racing circuit held in the U.S. and Canada. Sailboats compete against other boats of the same design, so the first boat over the finish line wins (as opposed to handicap racing, where sailboats of different designs compete against each other, and the winner is determined by calculations involving each boat's individual time, rating and the race course distance).
