That is a sailor's worst nightmare !

Well...maybe it is a tie with that San Juan video believe taken in San Francisco when they got caught in the currents close to shore.

They both give me da shivers.

Both videos illustrate what can happen when sailors aren't attentive to the conditions around them. All the people in the videos are lucky to have escaped with their lives.

That's why I'm moving up from a DaySailer! The jibe scared me and I'm on the other side of the Atlantic! I'm not convinced they had enough boat for 30 knots.
