I've got a through hull transducer and speed log in the bow of our 250. I've also got a Humminbird combo fishfinder, speed log & thermometer that I'd like to install. Ideally I could do the wax toilet ring trick up in the bow as well, but I'm pretty sure that the two transducers right next to each other would confuse each other. Or possibly they transmit & receive on different frequencies? The speed log and thermometer are separate from the transducer, so those could be mounted at the stern easily enough, but I'd like to mount the transducer forward if I can. Does anyone have any experience with, or insight into, the potential problem?
Thanks!
