Can anyone recommend a good replacement window for the location above the head?
Having it open is optional.
I'm just looking for a Make/model that will go in with minimum effort.

Thanks
Scott

I'm replacing mine with these.. (and someday I'll actually get the boat done).
These are Bomar opening ports. I purchased them from Defender industries.

Mine is hull number 29 so it's one of the first ones built. Yours may have a different opening. I would suggest measuring the opening first. You should be able to remove the interior trim piece and measure the cutout without disturbing the sealant on the outside.
The 2414/N2414 would have fit without cutting the opening but the fit would have been a little sloppy.
I bought the 2515/N2515 and had to trim the opening to fit the port light, but the fit is nice and tight. I wanted maximum flange overlap to provide maximum seal against leakage. The 2414 would have only had about 1/4" flange overlap in some spots so I went with the larger port.
Trimming the opening larger was pretty easy. I used a 2" drum sander in an electric drill. If you put a blower in the companionway, all the dust goes outside.
I forget what the N designator is, but I think it is white powder coat as opposed to aluminum finish.
I bought two, one for each side.
I have a ton more pictures if your interested.
Dan
