Catalina One Design Commodores,



I am coordinating the staffing of the Catalina owners booth for Sharon Day (Catalina Yachts) for the Philadelphia Boat Show January 18 - 21, 2007.



We need people to staff the booth during the show hours Please send a message to your members asking them to volunteer for booth duty to represent your organization. In addition, you should make sure that any material you want at the show be carried to the show by one of your people. You will also be responsible for removing any banners or material.



Sharon Day will arrange passes for the show for the volunteers.



The show hours are as follows:

Thursday Jan 18 11-7
Friday Jan 19 11-8
Saturday Jan 20 10-7
Sunday Jan 21 10-5
Each volunteer should e mail to me (NOT SHARON):

Name
Address
Phone Number
E mail
Day and hours available to man the booth
Depending on the coverage, I may ask people to shift their time and or day.



Finally, if you think this message should go to someone not on the address list, please forward it
