Here I sit on the hard and feeling blue, then a friend drops by with a couple of photos that he took of my boat last summer... what a nice thing! Has anyone else gotten recent photos of their boat sailing lately?

Lookin' good! We used to like just pulling out the genny for an evening cruise to nowhere... Is that a white-painted mast I see? Did you do that, Frank?

Now that I look at these they are from 05 not 06, the genoa is a 150 I sold and the name is still Semper Fi, oh well they are still new to me. The mast came with internal halyards and painted. 89s were really loaded with nice options. I have had a black anodized, a aluminum anodized, and two painted white masts, truth be told, I like the way all of them looked. White does dress up a boat though. On another thread people are talking about sailing with the pop-top up, sailing on Genny alone is the best way to do that.

It's been a few years since I had my C-25 Wind Lass but here is a shot of Angelique our latest boat. Seven months aboard now. Winter life isn't easy but we love it. While Im at it Happy New Year to you all. Hope we see you on the water here in Puget Sound. If you see me give a shout and come over for a cold one.
