Over the years, the windows on my catalina 250 have gotten a bit scratched. Is there some type of polishing compound that would bring back the finish and clarity? Wax can no longer do the job.

Yes.... I have used a very good product on plastic windows for years...Novus Plastic Polish...I've even seen it behind the counter at game arcades (lots of plastic windows to keep nice)
It's a three step deal but all I've ever really needed was the 2nd step (#2) You will not find it in stores but you get dealor info from the internet...works great...like magic...here's a link
